320 pupils from Shire Oak and its Partner Primary schools took part in the 2008 Shire Oak learn In. 15 separate activities were on offer - Bhangra Dancing, South American Music, Jewellery making, Illustrating an book, Writing a book, Living in a favela, A world without History, basketball skills to music, Film making and editing, President for the day, European cafe, designing and making a clock, Maths and Architecture, Building a hovercraft, Songs from the shows and drama.
The pupils worked at their activity for four hours before parents arrived to join in the learning for an hour. The film group interviewed every group, took photographs and put together the film on this site. You can see more on the school website - www.shire-oak.walsall.sch.uk.
