Evap Rap

Evap Rap

Evap, evap, evaporation,
Puddles, puddles, have you watched them for long?
They’re there in the morning, out comes the sun,
And in the afternoon they’re gone.
Evap, evap, evaporation.

They’re up in the air and turned to vapour.
Clouds getting heavy, across the sky they caper.
Evap, evap, evaporation.

The washing’s on the line,
But the sun’s is not out.
This time it’s the wind.
Evap, evap, evaporating.

Clouds changing colour,
The vapour condenses.
Get your umbrella, ella.. ella…
Condense, condense, condensation.
Leading to precipitation.

Evap, evap, evaporation.
Condense, condense, condensation.
Precip, precip, precipitation.
Puddles, puddles, watch them on the ground.
Like this rap the water goes round and round.

By Lana, Tyler, Jordan & Georgina. These children in Year 5 created this clever rap to help them remember how the water cycle works.
