Year ten on their 'Entereprise' day - when they were given the task of producing a prototype product, (with a limited amount of 'recycled' materials) a company logo all of the advertising necessary, all in a single day.

Model Building
As part of the ASDAN qualification the students were asked to research and assemble model World War 2 airplanes, boats and tanks. These models were then displayed in an exhibit and made available for sale. The students had to work patiently and purposely to create a product. They had to calculated a price that reflected the production and labour cost and represented value for money. This project represented a hand on approach to the development of the skills associated with enterprise as well as literacy and numeracy.
