The Lord Mayor will celebrating with us fro 2.45 to 3.15 pm and cutting the ribbons to open our Garden and Tyre Park.
Celebration of Success Garden Party and Curriculum Fair.
The children and staff of Holmesdale Infant School want to share with everyone our most successful year ever!
Our achievements this year include an 'OUTSTANDING OFSTED' we achieved outstanding for all 5 judgements in October 2007.
Our creativity in the Art's was recognised by the Art's Council when we were awarded the prestigious 'Artsmark Gold award'.
We have also achieved 'The Activemark' and 'Healthy Schools status'

There will be a special assembly, celebratory singing and may different activities which will highlight talent. Pupils will share their talent with their fellow classmates, before choosing as a group, the two which have inspired them the most to put forward to a ‘Celebrating Talent Awards’ where the most inspiring talents will be shared with the whole school community before the winners are announced.

Take A Picture 2008 is based upon Uccello's masterpiece entitled 'George and the Dragon.' This will be the opening of an exhibition of art work from a number of school from around Rotherham Metropolitan Borough.

Progress, Effort & AChievement awards will be presented to students in Year 9 and Year 10 for all subjects. Students of the year will be presented with their trophies.
