We have a den structure which is approcx 1.2m high and 2.2m in diameter.
The children from years 5 and 6 have worked really enthusiastically and had great fun felting triangle panels to cover the den frame. Using turban cloth as a base we have used the nuno felt technique to make 10 triangles. The last 5 will be made today ,4th July.
We used the idea of jungle to design our leafy camoflague pattern. We also have jungle animals, exotic birds and butterflies in the sky ( our den roof).
