A MULTI- MEDIA EXTRAVAGANZA CELEBRATING THE HISTORY OF THE RIVER MERSEY IN LIVERPOOL'S YEAR AS CAPITAL OF CULTURE. SEVEN LOCAL SCHOOLS AND OTHER COMMUNITY GROUPS ARE BROUGHT TOGETHER BY NOT-FOR-PROFIT ARTS ORGANISATION, HAND IN HAND THEATRE PRODUCTIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF BEV CLARK, THE CREATIVE CO-ORDINATOR.
