The following Terms and Conditions govern the use by you of the Shine Week website managed by Creativity, Culture and Education. The rules set forth herein apply to all materials including photographs, online communications and other information that is or becomes available on the Shine Week website (collectively, 'Information').

You may download on any single computer and print for your own private use a single copy of the Information, and arts and cultural organizations, youth sector organisations and educational institutions may make a reasonable number of copies of the Information for instructional purposes, provided all copyright and other proprietary notices are kept intact. Modification of the Information or use of the Information for any other purpose is a violation of Creativity, Culture and Education copyright and other proprietary rights.
The use of the Information on any other website or networked computer environment is prohibited. All trademarks and trade names are proprietary to Creativity, Culture and Education.
Except as permitted above, and as allowed by the conditions governing the use of other sites in the Shine Week website, you undertake not to copy, store in any medium (including in any other website), post, re-publish, transmit, re-transmit, broadcast, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, lend, transfer, show in public or use or exploit the Information in any way for commercial gain or otherwise use the Information in a manner that is inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.
2. User's obligation to abide by applicable law

The Shine Week website is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Creativity, Culture and Education does not warrant that any information is complete or accurate, nor that the Shine Week website will be uninterrupted or error-free nor that any information is free of rogue programming.
6. Limitation of damages
Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Creativity, Culture and Education be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages that may result from the use or inability to use the Shine Week website, including without limitation use of or reliance on information available on the Shine Week website, interruptions, errors, defects, mistakes, omissions, deletion of files, delays in operation or transmission, non-delivery of information, disclosure of communications, or any other failure of performance.
7. Release and indemnity
You hereby release and waive any and all claims and/or liability against Creativity, Culture and Education arising from or in connection with your use of Shine Week website. You also agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless, Creativity, Culture and Education from and against, any and all claims of liability, including costs and solicitors' fees, arising from or in connection with your use of the Shine Week website or failure to abide by applicable law.
8. Modifications
These rules may be modified by Creativity, Culture and Education from time to time and such modifications will be binding on you when placed online.

Links contained in the Shine Week website will lead to other websites which are not under our control. We are not responsible for the content of any linked site. Listing and linking should not be taken as an endorsement of any kind and we accept no liability in respect of the content.
